Step 1: Go to Search à type ms config à Open System Configuration.
Step 2:
Go to services tab -> Uncheck checkboxes for ‘Google Update Service(gupdate)’ and ‘Google Update Service(gupdatem)’ -> Click on Apply and the OK.
Step 3:
Click on Restart.
