How to check if a file exists (in download folder) from your Android App? – API level 30/ Android 11 and above

In this video it shows how one can check whether a file exists or not for Android 11 (API level 30) and above version.

It uses the File.exists API to check the existence of file.

It uses StorageManager to access the external Download directory for API level 30 and above.
